On your mobile phone:
Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
Search for ntfy and install the free app
Open the app and tap + to subscribe to a new topic
Make up a topic name such as ukcgt-stockwatch-john4821. The name must be unique.
Tap Subscribe — the app will now listen for alerts on that topic
