.csv files are expected with these columns headings. Only the bold heading are used. TAB separated files are also accepted.

The share price is calculated from the Account Currency (usually GBP), Total Amount in Account Currency divided by Quantity, so all Fx fees, costs, taxes are included in the calculated net share price. I have not tested any examples where the user's account currency was not in GBP.
